I’m looking for a new roommate for my 2BR apartment on Capitol Hill, starting in August! It’s located at 4th & D SE— a short distance from the Capitol South metro, Eastern Market (including Trader Joe’s!) and the Capitol building. 

The apartment itself is beatiful— hardwood floors, fireplace, and tons of natural light (including a skylight)! There’s a also a nice view of the Washington Monument when the leaves fall off the surrounding trees in the fall and winter.
