Seeking 1-2 CFs for Fairfax Townhouse w/Monthly Cleaning
Hi! I am a Non-smoking Christian Female, seeking the same. A little about me, I am in my early 30s, a sales engineer who works from home. I go to a local church, and volunteer as worship leader and tech lead at Bible Study Fellowship. We have two cats, so looking for cat friendly folks, but unable to have additional pets. There are two rooms available starting early August. The first one is a furnished room with a shared bathroom at $1020/month, with a full-size bed, nightstand with outlets, white filing cabinet, storage ottoman, huge double windows with plenty of light, ceiling fan & light, dresser, closet, and desk. The second room is gorgeous!!! In fact, it’s a whole floor, which includes private bath, spacious closet, double-windows, ceiling fan and light, a workout/living room area, and an open-air balcony at $1,275/month. There is also a TV and armchairs for entertainment. The bedroom is unfurnished, but some furniture can be provided upon request. Lease is preferred to be a six-month minimum. Included in the rent is high-speed wifi, parking, storage, common kitchen items, and a monthly professional cleaning. All house members share utilities and cleaning responsibilities. There’s one person in their mid-20s and one in their 60s; it’s a very harmonious and fun group that watches out for each other. Utilities range from $30-$50 monthly. You must work in the office at least 8 hours/day during the work week. Kitchen use is highly recommended to meal plan. My heart is to build a Christian community; where the common areas are a flexible place to hang, hold small groups, Bible studies, get-togethers, prayer meetings, and board games. We have monthly dinners and celebrating personal events like birthdays and holidays are highly welcomed! The townhouse is located in The Towns at Boulevard VI in the City of Fairfax and is about 2800 square feet. There’s plenty of hangout spots, like 2 livings each with an Apple TV, and two balconies for everyone to have their privacy and their friends over. The community has a walking path around the whole area, a park nearby, and an upcoming Mosaic District-like development within walking distance. Here is the link to the floor plan: https://webassetsprdnvrsan.blob.core.windows.net/files/b305566f-1d82-43ae-92ed-3a2f2261977c The house is walking distance from the Shops at Fairfax, Aldi, Planet Fitness, Heart, 99 Ranch, Panera, Duck Donuts, Starbucks, Old Town Fairfax, Lowes, CVS, Fairfax Presbyterian Church, parks, Walmart, and many restaurants. Vienna metro stations is about an 8 min drive away or a 15-minute CUE bus ride. GMU is about a 5 min drive or 10 min bike ride and the CUE stop is just outside my house. If this sounds appealing to you or someone you know, please email and APPLY HERE: https://forms.gle/WVjoUqqL31NBUVuw7 Looking forward to meeting you! Best wishes for finding a place where you can thrive.

Looking for 1-2 Female Roommates in Northern VA
Hi everyone! We are two girls in our early twenties looking for 1-2 additional roommates to find a house/townhome with in Arlington, Falls Church, Tysons, Fairfax, or an area in between. Looking to move sometime in June, latest by end of July. More info on each of us below! We really value being friends with our roommates and want to live with people who will be intentional, though we think having individual time to ourselves is important too. We both love hosting and would want to have an open house policy (within reason!) to have cute dinner parties and such. We love a night in as well as a night out, coffee/food/cooking, and music (avid Swifties)! We prefer no pets and want to keep shared spaces clean. Our budget is $1400 per person, but would much prefer to keep it lower if possible. We both have cars and would need reliable parking, but also want to be close-ish to the Metro. Feel free to email or dm @sarah.beth.miller or @marychomedia! Mary, 24F - I am from the NoVA area and currently living at home with family! I graduated undergrad in 2022, worked for a year, then spent a year in France as an au pair. I am now working two jobs - a nonprofit that serves kids with intellectual disabilities and a photography studio. I work a hybrid schedule that is variable and like to relax at home on the weekends, but will probably also be spending a good amount of time with my family. Here are my current obsessions - Chappell Roan, Michelle Obama’s memoir, checkered shorts, Trader Joe’s mini totes, hair bows. Sarah, 22F - I'm from Mass and recently graduated from college in Pennsylvania, but I grew up visiting family in the DC area so I'm excited to make it my home!  I'm still figuring out a job but will hopefully be in an administrative role at a local nonprofit. On the weekends I will likely be doing a combination of working, relaxing at home, and visiting friends in the area. I love thrifting, all things outdoorsy, trying new recipes, and am currently obsessed with crocheting market bags.
