I’m getting married and leaving behind three wonderful roommates and a great room in a cute Cape Cod in Arlington, VA. The room is spacious and has plenty of closet space, located in the basement of the house. The basement is mainly used by me, although occasionally used by the other roommates when we have company. The other roommates are fantastic Christian girls who are easy going and great to live with. There is a private bath off the bedroom. We have a screened in porch, a great kitchen, and wonderful living space in the dining and living room upstairs.
