We are a group of four girls in their mid- to late-twenties looking for someone to move into our Capitol Hill English basement unit beginning January 1st.

What we’re looking for:
- Friendly
- Clean
- Kind and open-minded
- Quiet and clean in shared spaces
- No dogs (there is a cat who lives upstairs)

The basement is its own studio unit complete with a kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer. It has a front door and a back door that leads to the backyard. An indoor staircase and door leads to the main house — thus far, we’ve left it unlocked with access to the house, but we are willing to lock it off as a completely separate unit if that’s what you’re interested in. 

We are located in Capitol Hill, just a couple blocks from the Supreme Court and south of Stanton Park. It’s a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with ample street parking. Walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Giant, and Whole Foods, and equidistant between the red line (Union Station) and blue/orange/silver lines (Eastern Market). 

$1750/month + utilities ($100-150/month, based on the season)
