Hi! I am getting married soon and am moving out of my 5 bed/2.5 bath house on Capitol Hill. We’re right behind the Library of Congress and are a quick walk to the Capitol South metro, Eastern Market, and the Capitol building. The house and bedroom will be fully furnished. We have a little backyard, parking in the back, large basement, new washer and dryer, big kitchen, and plenty of space. Utilities/water are separate but I am happy to discuss options. Rent price is also potentially negotiable! Move in would be anywhere from late December to January and the lease would end in May. Roommates are all girls (ages 23-25) and members at Kings Church.
