I'm looking for a CM roommate to join me and 2 other single guys at our townhouse in Capitol Hill East. The room is 8.5' by 14.5' but has a large closet and is spacious enough for a bed, dresser, desk, nightstand, and more. You'll share a full bathroom with 1-2 others, as well as a fully-stocked kitchen and living room that has a fireplace. We have a brand-new washer and dryer and the floors are hardwood.

The house is steps from the Orange/Blue/Silver Metro lines at Stadium Armory, with bikeshare and multiple bus stops next door and plenty of street parking. All roommates are in their mid 20s to early 30s. Rent is $975 and includes utilities and a monthly cleaning service for shared areas of the house; rent is month-to-month with a month notice to the landlord before moving out. I've been here for nearly 4 years and our landlord is extremely responsive and friendly. I'd love to have some more Christians join me here, especially those that are considerate and clean!
