I have a room opening up for a CF in our 3 bed 1 bath house in Old Town, Alexandria . Currently my roommate Aly and I are renting the entire townhouse, but I’ll be leaving by the end of the month. Free street parking in front of the house and it is 2 blocks from the Braddock metro station. The room is available November 1st.

The room is the largest in the house with a closet and great natural light. It is $1208 a month and utilities ranges from $100-125 depending on the season. Washer and dryer in unit, good cabinet space, and there are small closets downstairs! There isn’t a ton of excess storage, but definitely room for smaller things. The current lease goes till the end of may with opportunity of renewal month-to-month contract.
