Hi! My roommate is getting married soon, so she’ll be moving out of our 2 bed/1.5 bath house in Capitol Hill. We’re just a few blocks from Stanton Park and Union Station. The house is mostly furnished, but the bedroom will be unfurnished. We have a small side yard, large basement, a washer & dryer, and shared parking spot off the street. Water is included in rent; other utilities are separate.
