Background: Both previous apartment roommates are moving out of the apartment. I am taking up one of the bedrooms as a new tenant and am looking for someone who will take the other bedroom. Each bedroom/ new tenant has to apply for the room with the apartment leasing office and get on the lease.

🕣📆The place will be available Nov 1st, 2025 although I’m flexible to change the date a bit if needed.
📝The current lease term goes until end of July of 2026, after which you could renew through the leasing office if you like.
💲🛜 💦🚰The internet, water, sewage and trash will be added automatically to the rent each month. Internet is flat $90. The rest varies from month to month depending on your usage.
💲⚡️💡🔌🔥Other utilities such as gas and electricity are billed separately so will be additional charges depending on your usage.
Typically $50-$100 for utilities. This makes the apartment $3000 monthly but $1500 per person
Cats only can be added to the lease for additional monthly fee. If a pet is an emotional support animal, the fees will be waived but proof of ESA is required by the leasing office.

🎬☕️🛒🍜Giants, Starbucks, LA Fitness gym, Caring ahands Animal hospital, dry cleaner, and several other shops and dining available within 10 min walking distance. Shirlington Village with its shopping, food, movies, arts and entertainment scene is only about a 20 minute walk.
📍🚃🚏 The closest metro is Pentagon city and crystal city. It’s about a 35 min walk (about 1.2 miles away) or a 10 min bus ride to the metro. Buses leave right from the neighborhood.
🛣️ 🏛️Easy and quick access to I-395. About 5 min drive to Pentagon. 10 min to D.C. without traffic.

About your roommate:
I am a 31 year old Preschool Teacher and Newborn Nanny. A Maryland/ DC native. I attend Antioch DC church and serve as an alumni in a college ministry.
I enjoy international travel, improv, painting, and dance. I enjoy keeping a clean space and becoming friends with roommates
