Hey there!

I’m a 28-year old male looking for a male roommate to sign an 11-month lease and fill the second bedroom in my Eckington row house (2 bed, 2.5 bath)!

The room is spacious, has its own bathroom, and features a private entrance from the back carport (off-street parking is included in your rent).

The house was renovated in 2019, and is 1200+ sq ft with a fully furnished living room and stocked kitchen. It’s in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, and is a 15-min walk from the Rhode Island and NoMa metro stops. It’s conveniently located off the MBT, close to several Capital Bikeshare stops, and walkable to a few breweries and restaurants (Lost Gen is my favorite)!

A little more about me! I’ve lived in DC for 3 years, enjoy being outside, staying active (golf, basketball, hiking and camping), and exploring all that DC has to offer with friends! I keep plenty busy, but I also enjoy hosting and would love a roommate who is interested in building community.
