Hello!
In search of a female roommate in her mid-20s to replace me on my lease. You would be joining 3 other women (my close friends, Catholic/Christian, professionals) until 6/30/25, with the option to renew. Timing is somewhat flexible (mid-October through mid-to-late November).
Our L Street home is 4 BR, 3.5 bath. The room available shares a bathroom with one other upstairs roommate. There is a closet in the room, and you will also have an additional hall closet downstairs. I have lived here for the last 3 years and love the home and area. We have a private parking space behind the house and a moderately sized back yard. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are great for hosting.
Location: 0.5 miles from the NoMA/Galludet metro stop on the Red Line. 2 blocks south of Union Market and Trader Joe's. 3 blocks north of Whole Foods. Some of my favorite neighborhood spots are just around the corner (The Lost Sock, Red Bear, Laos in Town, A. Litteri).
