The room has new wood floors, its own mini split for AC/heat, a walk-in closet, and tons of natural light including sky lights. There's a shared bath upstairs with a washer and dryer and a half bath downstairs. House features a living room, sunroom, remodeled kitchen, front porch, and backyard, all of which are great for hosting. We have a great landlord who is a Believer. There are two other Christian girls in their early 20s in the home. Room is available starting mid September.
