We are seeking a Christian male in his 20s to fill a room in our basement townhouse with shared bathroom. Rent would be around $900 and utilities cost around $75-100 per month per person. Hoping to fill by August 1st. Lease lasts until June 5, 2025. No pets.
The house comes fully equipped with a washer and dryer alongside a variety of shared cooking utensils and supplies. We also have an open backyard space that can be used for grilling and hangouts.
The house is just a 5-minute walk to the East Falls Church metro station with connection to the silver and orange lines. Downtown Falls Church hosts a variety of activities including a weekly Saturday morning farmer's market and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. We are also located right off I-66 and by multiple bike trails.
About us:
We are a group of Christian guys in our mid 20s who work in DC and in NoVa. We love to hang out together, and we attend churches in NoVa and DC. We enjoy playing guitar and pickleball, attending Nationals games, and site-seeing throughout the city.
