We have a room opening in our five-person CM house in Capitol Hill on July 20th. The house is perfectly located - a five minute walk from the Capitol South Metro and the Cannon Office Building, a ten minute walk from Trader Joes and other grocery stores, and also within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, parks, and more. Street parking is readily available. We also have in-unit washing and drying machines. The other four guys in the house are all Christian professionals in their 20's working in DC and Virginia. We love a good movie night, and are always down to adventure into the city.
The rent is $1,050/month.
