Three women looking for a fourth CF to move into available bedroom in a single-family home located in Falls Church, near Mosaic District and downtown Falls Church. The room is available starting July 1, and includes a private bathroom and a private office room. Rent is approximately $1150/month, and utilities usually range between $70-$80/month.
Shared spaces in the house are mostly furnished and include kitchen, dining room, living room, and living space in the finished basement. The house has a nice size deck and a firepit space in the backyard. The driveway fits two cars and is shared amongst roommates, with free street parking also available. We are located about 1 ½ miles from the West Falls Church metro and 3 miles from the East Falls Church metro.
The three of us are women in our early 30s who love deep conversation, good books, and keeping our kitchen clean. We love checking out local wineries and breweries, and are on a constant hunt for the best Chinese takeout. We value direct communication, and want our home to be warm and inviting. We're all pretty laid back, like to keep our home neat but lived-in, and appreciate a house culture that encourages community while also allowing for alone time. We have pretty active social lives, and frequently enjoy having friends over for game/movie nights, cookouts, and other gatherings, including a weekly bible study that meets in our home.
