Room available in late August! Rent is $735 and bills are around $100-150. Excellent location near Pentagon City.

There is a metro, several grocery stores, a shopping mall, and a Costco within a 10-15 minute walking distance from the house. It's a very safe residential neighborhood with on-street parking. The twin room is on the main floor and shares a bathroom with two of the other girls. The house itself is cute and cozy. The lease is month to month, and you are responsible for finding your own replacement. We have a cute little front yard and porch and a medium backyard that is fenced in . There is a fourth girl in the basement with her own bathroom. She is Catholic and the rest of us are Protestant. Everyone is their 20s or very early 30s. We're all very friendly and easy going. We keep our common spaces clean and value open communication. Two of us work on the hill and commute there via metro.
