Hi there! We have a room opening up in our 5-bed Capitol Hill townhouse starting as early as June 1, and as late as July 1, for a 12-month lease (no summer/short-term!)

The house is centrally located about 10-minutes walking from Capitol South metro, 20-minutes walking from Union Station, less than a 5 minute walk to the Capitol building, and walkable to a ton of restaurants, cafes, bars, the mall, and Eastern Market (including Trader Joe’s!) We also have both a front yard and a backyard which is a luxury for the area. 

The rest of the roommates are all in our mid-upper twenties and work a mix of in the office and remote from home. We love hanging out in our common spaces and though we have our own schedules, we do like to hang out together for impromptu house dinners, a true crime docuseries watch party, host our monthly cookbook book club, and use our lovely backyard space for concerts and other get togethers with friends.

We are looking for another woman in her mid-upper twenties to join our lovely home! Rent is $1,040 plus utilities, you’d have your own bathroom as well. Unfortunately, no dogs or cats allowed. No off street parking, but there is plenty of street parking.
