This is a unique and beautiful two bedroom townhome on a small neighborhood lake in Falls Church. The guest room is a master bedroom with ensuite and the guest bedroom windows overlook the lake. The back patio is on the lake and turtles swim up all day and say hello.
I am a single female in my 40’s who loves Jesus – I travel a lot for work.  I have a small dog who is gentle and kind and loves everyone.
The townhome is right on Route 7 so a bus to the metro or into DC is easy.
Rent is $1650 a month plus half utilities (approx. $100-150 for power and wifi).
