I have a Private Room available for Rent in Falls Church, Baileys Crossroads in May!

🟣Rent will be $1500 all utilities and internet included as well as an awesome cleaning lady that comes once a month! Security Deposit is $500.  Open to long term and short term ( summer interns) 

🟣My condo is furnished with a full kitchen, living room, dining area, and washer/dryer. Small storage closet is available for storage. 

🟣I do love furry animals but No pets, unfortunately.  

🟣Condo is right on the cusp of Falls Church and Arlington. There is a metro bus stop in walking distance that takes you to Ballston Metro. Driving distance to DC ( Georgetown Specifically) is about a 15 min drive. 

About Me: 38 year old Working Professional who now works in the office full time. I have a very active social life outside of work. Love going out with my freinds and family, riding my bike, gym, jiujitsu, and hot yoga!
