One room in a 3-bedroom Alexandria townhouse is coming available on June 1st, 2025 (with the possibility of a slightly earlier move-in). The room is located on the third floor of the house and has a standard closet and two windows that let in lots of light. The house has plenty of living and storage space, including a 2-car garage which the three roommates may share on a monthly rotation (additional parking is located on the street in the neighborhood).

The house has SUPER convenient access to Old Town, I-495, and Route 1 and is directly across the street from the Huntington Metro Station (end of the yellow line).

You will live with Rachel and Chloe, both young professionals in their early 20s working mostly in the office. Both roommates attend local churches and enjoy having friends and family over to the house occasionally.

Monthly Rent: $900 plus utilities

Lease length: Month-to-month; we are looking for someone willing to commit to staying at least 6-12 months.
