Hi there! We have a room opening in our spacious, 3-story, 5-person house in Capitol Hill available April 15, 2025.

The house is centrally located about 10 minutes walking from Capitol South metro (blue, orange, silver line) and about 15 minutes from Union Station (red line), less than a 5 minute walk to the Capitol building, and walkable to a ton of restaurants, cafes, bars, the mall, and Eastern Market (including Trader Joes!). We also have both a front yard and a backyard which is definitely a luxury for the area. The rest of the roommates are women in our mid-upper 20s (some Christian some not) and work for various non-profits, with a mix of us working remotely and in-person right now. We love hanging out in our common spaces and though we have our own schedules, we do like to hang out together. We also host dinner parties regularly, concerts and an occasional party party so are looking for someone who likes to be social.

We are looking for another woman in her mid-upper 20s who would like to join our lovely home!

Rent is $975 plus utilities. The room available has a shared bathroom on the third floor and kitchenette. Unfortunately, no dogs or cats allowed.
