A room will be available on April 1 in a 3 bed, 3.5 bath row house on Capitol Hill. 7-minute walk door to door to Dirksen Senate Office building.

Starting April 1, the lease will be month-to-month. Rent is $1433 a month and utilities are typically less than $100 a month. Roommates are two professional mid-twenties women, one who is a member of King's Church and one who is Catholic. We have lived here for just about three years and love the house! Closest metro stops are Union Station and Capitol South. 

The available room has an en suite bathroom, big windows, and ample closet space. We have in-house laundry, a mostly-functional dishwasher (just being honest), a piano, and a backyard.
