A room in a Capitol Hill rowhouse will be available on April 1 for $900 a month + utilities.

The home is located between H St NE and Lincoln Park. We're within walking distance of several grocery stores and fun restaurants. The closest metro stations are either Union Station or Eastern Market, both a 15-minute walk. There are also bus stops and capital bikeshare stations nearby. The house is shared with 3 other young professional women in their late 20s/early 30s. While we enjoy the occasional roomie movie night and house Christmas party, we're all involved in our churches and jobs and have busy schedules, so we're rarely all home at the same time. We're very laid back, and as one former roommate's mom said, "they're just very normal."
