We are renting a unique lofted bedroom in a 3bd 2ba large townhouse near Lincoln Park and Eastern Market on Capitol Hill. The space for rent is a small bedroom/office with its own stairway leading up to your own private loft, which could be used as a primary bedroom, workspace, or whatever you see fit. Ample double-wide closet space and storage. This bedroom shares a large bathroom with another bedroom on the second floor.

The house is a gorgeous 1930s townhouse with high ceilings, a working fireplace, and a large kitchen by Hill standards. The dining room opens up to a large screened-in back porch with a well-kept and landscaped backyard that is perfect for hosting or escaping the 9-5 hustle. The house has a detached garage that is being used by one of the tenants.

You will be joining two guys in their 30s who are sociable and enjoy relaxing in the house, having a drink, and periodically having company over. It is not a “party house” and has a strict no-drug policy. We’re looking for a Christian and/or respectable guy who is considerate, clean, and chill. We are managed by Yarmouth rental agency and have a great landlord who lives on the hill as well. Rent is 1440/mo on a monthly basis (utilities not included) with Zone 6 streetside parking.
