Hello. My name is Kirk. I am a 54 year old born-again Christian male, clean, kind, and very respectful of others and their space, in need of a month-to-month room on February 1st. My budget is up to $1,200 per month.
The reason I need a month-to-month situation is because I will be relocating out of state in approximately three to five months. If necessary, I would be willing to commit to at least three months.
Private bathroom is preferred, but I am willing to share a bathroom if everything else looks good.
My must haves are access to a washer and dryer as well as one shelf in a refrigerator and one shelf/small area in a freezer.
Internet/Wi-Fi is also preferred.
I will NOT need to use a kitchen (other than for the refrigerator and freezer use described above), or have access to any other common areas.
I work nights as a full time Uber driver, and that has been my full time occupation for over seven years.
