Looking for 1-2 CF Roommates to join in renting a house with lease starting mid to end of January. We have a little flexibility in area but prefer it to be less than an hour in rush hour from DC, and closer to the falls church area if possible.
A little bit about us! I’m Bethany, I’m 27 and I work as an interior designer in DC. I’m originally from out of state but have lived in NOVA now for just about 4 years. I’m very outgoing and enjoy hanging out with friends. Amanda is 21 and works as a preschool teacher, caretaker, and also full time student but is always down to go have fun and is very outgoing!!
We are looking for additional people who are looking to sign a year long lease. Having people that you get along with and can do life with is always a plus and makes living together more fun. We both enjoy hosting friends on occasion for game and movie nights. Our Budget ideally would be around $1000 per person not including utilities.
