I’m offering a sublease for my fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment at Varsity on K from January 1st to July 31st, 2025. The apartment is fully set up, so you’ll have everything you need from day one – no need to worry about furniture! You’ll be sharing the space with my wonderful roommate, who is incredibly kind and easy to live with. She also has a sweet, friendly cat, but if you’re not a cat person, don’t worry – he’s very independent and will give you space.

The location couldn’t be better, especially if you’re attending or working at George Washington University. It’s just a quick 5-minute walk to the GW campus and GW Hospital, and less than 5 minutes to the Foggy Bottom Metro Station, making it easy to get around the city.
