The master bedroom (13′ x 12′) is bright and comfortable with two large windows, ceiling fan, spacious closet, and private balcony. Currently unfurnished, but can be furnished. En-suite full bathroom with bath/shower.
The Roommates
We’re all Christian professionals in our 20s. We attend churches in the area, such as Church of the Resurrection and King’s Church. The three of us are in the military (both active and reserves), but civilians are very welcome! We're organized, clean, and respectful. We're also active—hiking, running, rowing, weights—and like to cook, read, watch movies and sports, and travel. We also like to have fun together and do fellowship meals every couple weeks.

The Area
Recommended for guys who drive, but there is also bus access one block away on Pennsylvania Avenue. Convenient commute by car to Capitol Hill (10 minutes), Georgetown Law Center and Johns Hopkins-SAIS (10 minutes), the Pentagon (15 minutes), and Old Town Alexandria (20 minutes). Also Coast Guard HQ (10 minutes), Suitland Federal Center (10 minutes), and JBAB (12 minutes). About 1 mile from the Potomac Ave and Anacostia metro stations.
The Numbers
The master bedroom is $1250/mo, and utilities are usually $90-100. We keep a non-smoking, pet-free home. Can do a 6-12 month lease, with the option to extend. Available Nov. 1, flexible on the move-in date.
