I have a room available in two bedroom, one bathroom apartment in Capitol Hill near Lincoln Park to host an intern. 
Spring semester (Jan 1 - May 15 (flexible end date)) for a Christian female. Rent is $960 including utilities.

The apartment is in a row home divided into units with great natural light, large bedroom and a shared bathroom. Very close to Lincoln Park and walkable distance to the Stadium Armory metro station. 

Bedroom is furnished, though not with furniture shown. Room will have a dresser, twin bed, desk and desk chair.

A little about me: I am 26, and Atlanta, GA born and raised. I’ve lived in Washington for two years and work as a legislative assistant for a lobbying firm. I work from the office five days a week. Outside of work, I’m heavily involved in King’s Church and a big reader, golfer, and artist. I love to cook, thrift, be outside, and spend time with friends. I’m an early riser and enjoy slow, quiet mornings.
