I am subleasing my room in a house in Arlington in the Ashton Heights neighborhood starting November 1. Rent is $826 per month plus around $100-120 for utilities/internet. The current lease is through the end of July. The room is 10.5 ft by 10.5 ft with hardwood floors and a closet. The room is big enough to fit a queen, full, or twin bed and some furniture (queen bed is pictured). The room is unfurnished, but if interested, I am selling my furniture in the room ($250 for desk, book shelf, dresser, and full bed) You would share the bathroom with one other person. 

There are three other professional, Christian women living in the house ranging in age from mid 20s to early 30s who are all incredibly sweet and involved in various local churches/ministries. 

The house has lots of storage, a washer and dryer, and parking in the driveway. The house is one mile from the Clarendon metro through a residential neighborhood. It is also across the street from a park that’s good for walking and working out. The house has a good kitchen and 2 living room spaces.
