The space: 
- private bedroom big enough for a queen bed, workout equipement, sitting area, bookcase, and nightstand 
- Bedroom closet is big too with access to other storage downstairs
- Private bathroom 
- Downstairs nook currently used as an office but could also be a music area, work out area or anything else you want

Rent is $965/month + utilities ($120ish). You would be taking over an existing lease that ends 2/19/25 with the other roommates intending to renew again. Ideal move in date is around Thanksgiving but that’s flexible. Feel free to reach out if you need something sooner or later.

This house has been great. No issues in 2 years we’ve lived here. Property management responds to all requests very quickly. The neighborhood is quiet with close proximity to almost everything - 495 and 267, DCA and IAD, metro stations, Tysons, DC, and has a reverse commute to many places. Parking in the driveway or street for free.
