Bedroom for rent - $1000/Month.

Hello! I currently live with three wonderful women in their 20s. I will be moving at the end of July, and am looking for a Christian female to fill my spot starting on August 1st. The private bedroom for rent is on the top floor of the townhouse and overlooks the backyard. There are two other bedrooms on this level, but one is the master bedroom with a private bathroom, so my bathroom is only shared by one other. Our house includes an updated kitchen, brand new AC and washer/dryer, and a spacious living room and outdoor space/garden. Utilities average to about $50-$60/month.
Excellent location! The house iis located in a peaceful/friendly neighborhood off of Arlington Boulevard. It's a 1 mile walk/drive into downtown Ballston/Ballston MU Metro, 1.5 miles to Clarendon, and .25 miles from W&OD Trail. We're about a 7-10 minute drive into DC, and 6 minutes from I-95.
Each of the women in the house are passionate about their jobs, community, friends and churches. We've loved hanging out together when our schedules align, and appreciate a peaceful but fun/active environment!
