Hello all! We’re looking for a Christian woman who’d like to join our 3 bedroom, 1 bath upstairs apartment in Aurora Highlands, a 12 minute walk to the Crystal City metro, beginning on or around Aug. 1! Very flexible if earlier move-in date is desired.

Rent is $1200 (water/lawn included). Wifi is $23.33 and utilities probably range from $30-$70, depending on if it’s summer or winter. There’s AC units in every room.

We have a lovely kitchen with lots of pots and plates, couch, TV, etc. so other than your room, everything is pretty much move-in ready. And, as you can see, lots of beautiful natural light and hardwood floors! 

A bit about the 2 of us here: 
We’re both pretty quiet, clean, fairly organized, and easy going. We do enjoy coffee shops, farmers’ markets, books, traveling, and meeting up or having friends over! We’re also either in grad school or working professionals who are heavily involved in our local churches, so having a similar lifestyle would be great.

We also can’t have smoking/vaping, pets, and unrelated male overnight guests.
