Hey! I’m a CF seeking roommates and a place to live by the end of July. I’m looking to live in Arlington somewhere in the Clarendon/Courthouse/Ballston area. My budget is $1,000 plus utilities.

I’m 23 and moved up to Northern Virginia in March for my first job after graduating from college. I’m excited to live with other women who love Jesus and hope to be in a home with others who value community and open communication. I love getting out and going on walks and exploring the city, having movie/game nights, and enjoying meaningful/encouraging convos with friends, but I also appreciate times to be alone and decompress. I value keeping my space clean, being respectful of others' boundaries, and having a peaceful environment. 

I am on a hybrid work schedule and will be working from home anywhere from 1-4x a week. I have a car and would need to at least have street parking available. Bonus if you happen to have another room available that one of my current roommates could consider (also CF, works full-time, 24) but this is not an expectation since we are each on individual housing searches given the short timeframe/our budgets.
