Hello, all! My house is seeking a fifth female housemate starting at the end of this summer. If you're interested, I'd love to hear from you!
Some info about the room:
- Shared master bedroom available for the remainder of a one-year lease, beginning August 1, 2024 and ending April 1, 2025. Rent is $920 plus utilities (~$100 per person).
- The rowhouse is a five-minute walk from Lincoln Park and a 25-minute walk from the Capitol.
- About the rowhouse: it is a welcoming and lovely home filled with Christian ladies in their mid-late twenties who represent neighboring church communities (King's, CHBC, & Church of the Res.). Everyone is respectful and clean of the common areas (which include a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, and backyard). No pets, sadly.
