So I have a 2 Bedroom— 1 Bathroom townhouse (that I currently live in) that is available in Old Town Alexandria, VA. I am in search of a female roommate! Looking for a Christian female—- that loves Jesus and is serous about her faith.

I am pretty clean, pretty quite and a pretty private person. I am also easy going (fun and silly) and likes stay in a lot (occasional hang with friends).  I work from home and in international research. 

I am in my late 20s—- so I’m in search for late 20s—early/mid 30s. Rent is a one year lease for $1550 per person but it will end up being $1620 in total electricity/wifi/gas/water. Street parking available! 

Down deposit is: $1200


Great location. 15 mins walk from the waterfront and all the Old Town shops and downtown! 5 mins walk to Trader Joe’s! Lease will start August 1st! Fully furnished too (apart from your room which we have an extra a mattress).
