Seeking a CF to fill the open den in a 2-bedroom w/ den in a NoMa apartment unit for a year-long lease. This room must be claimed before May 20, 2024 with a June move-in.
The open room in the unit is a perfect "first home" in DC. It has a closet and can comfortably fit a full-sized bed, a desk, a dresser, and a few other pieces of furniture. It shares a bathroom with one other, clean, roommate. The unit also has an in-unit washer and dryer.
The apartment building is within close proximity to Union station and its red line stop, while also offering easy access to nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Apartment amenities include: rooftop pool, in-house gym, event spaces, and 24/7 concierge & security.
About the roommates: Two faithful CFs, one in her early 20s and the other in her late 20s. Both are out-of-state transplants who are politically active but also enjoy exercise classes, travel, and Netflix.
Base rent is $1015 (excluding utilities, which rarely exceed $100).
