I’m leaving Ballston, VA + need someone to take over my lease (goes through June 2027) ASAP.

You would live with two other Christian guys (early to mid 20s), and they are great guys to get along with! They are clean, organized, and respectable people. You would share a bathroom with one of them. Parking is not available in the building, but it is available offsite (additional monthly fee). The rent + utilities + WiFi is 1376 (fixed; it is a steal at this price!); however, I'm willing to negotiate lower here if needed.

Ideal Roommate Profile: Someone in their early to mid 20s, guy, clean, organized, doesn't need a car, and is ok with sharing a bathroom with my other roommate.
