The house
You'd share the floor with two really amazing women who are the heart of the house. I'm the landlord, and I live in the basement with my two kids. We have a great dynamic: friendly and respectful, social when people want to be, and quiet when they don't. We also have Hearsay, a goldendoodle who loves everyone and keeps the place safe.
How we choose
You're welcome to come visit, meet everyone, and get a feel for the place. All final decisions are made by the housemates, since they're the ones you'd be living with day to day.
The neighborhood
Hill East is quiet and residential, with easy access to Eastern Market, Barracks Row, the Anacostia Riverwalk, and the Safeway on 14th St SE.
