Hi! My name is Madeline and I just graduated from college in May and am now working on the Hill. I am looking to move into an apartment or townhouse in the Capitol Hill area (first choice), or the NoMa, Eastern Market, or Navy Yard areas. I’m looking for places where the rent is $1,500 or less.

In my free time I like to read, go on walks, hang out with friends, watch movies, and paint. I enjoy hosting things from time to time but generally like to keep the apartment as a peaceful space to rest or chill out with my roommates or a few friends. I like to keep my living space clean and am more of a night owl than an early bird.
