My roommate and I are looking for someone to move into her room/take over her portion of our lease, as she’s getting married in November. There’s some flexibility on the move-in date, but it could be as early as mid-September.

About the apartment:
* 2 bed / 1 bath
* $1,300/month + utilities (utilities average about $60/month)
* In-unit laundry
* Private uncovered parking lot, plus ample street parking
* About a 13-minute walk to Braddock Road Metro (Yellow & Blue lines)
* Quaint building with only 11 total units. We're on the 3rd floor (stairs only)
* Lease runs through the end of April, with a potential opportunity to renew

About me: I’m a member of Kings Church DC and work in downtown DC every day. I’m looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful, easygoing, and communicative. I’d love to have a roommate I can hang out with but who is also comfortable with each of us doing our own thing. I occasionally host friends or gatherings at the apartment, but not super frequently.
