I'm moving out into another property, and am looking for someone to take over the lease for my one-bedroom basement unit in Capitol Hill.
Located on F ST NE, this basement unit is a few blocks from Union Station, Ebenezer's Coffeehouse, and a couple of blocks east of the King's Church building. It has one full bath, a small kitchen with a gas stove, and street parking.
The lease is currently on a month-to-month basis and will remain month-to-month once a new tenant moves in. The total security deposit initially paid was $1725, but I'll knock it down to $1500 since you'll pay me directly. Water is included in rent, and the tenant is responsible for gas/electric. You'll also likely have to pay a small application fee through the landlord once I notify them you would like to take over the lease.
The property will be available to take over starting in mid-September. Priority will be given to King's members.
