About the house
The house is about a 5-minute walk from Lake Barcroft’s private beaches, with access to swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. It’s also about 15 minutes to the Pentagon, Amazon HQ2, and Ballston, and around 20 minutes to Tysons and downtown DC.
The house is fully renovated with plenty of space to hang out or have friends over. There’s a huge Trex deck, outdoor kitchen and grilling area, patio, fire pit, and large open living spaces inside. We also have two full kitchens, Level 2 EV charging, plenty of parking, monthly cleaning of the common areas, and a guest bedroom available when friends or family visit.
With only four people in a 3,156 sq. ft. house, there’s plenty of space and it never feels crowded.

Private first-floor bedroom with a bathroom shared with one other person.
All utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and monthly common-area cleaning are included in rent. No additional fees.
About the roommates
I’m a 26-year-old working professional. It’s definitely not a loud or crazy party house, but I like having friends over sometimes to grill, hang out, have Bible studies, or play games. Overall, I’m going for a house that’s social and fun but still relaxed and respectful.
I’m currently filling the other rooms, and there will never be more than four guys living in the house.
