My roommate & I are looking for a Christian girl to fill a room in our SE Capitol Hill townhome! The house has three bedrooms, one full bath, a half bath, a spacious living room, a cozy kitchen, a side porch, and an in-unit washer & dryer.

It is walking distance to Eastern Market, Lincoln Park, and the Capitol as well as Trader Joe’s and Safeway. There’s also plenty of street parking.

Rent for the third bedroom is $1,000/month plus approximately $150/month in utilities. The move-in date can be flexible but we’re aiming for someone to move in by Nov/Dec 1. 

We’re both in our mid/late 20s and have lived in DC for a few years. We love hosting our friends & family for various gatherings, but also want our home to be a peaceful haven. We’re really invested in our church communities (King’s & Capitol Hill Baptist Church) and love to spend time with friends, cook, read, discover new music, & be out in the city!
