It is three beds, one full bath, and two half baths. The third bedroom is leased to interns/new college grads each semester. 

It is walking distance to Eastern Market, Lincoln Park, and H St. On the D24, C43, and D20 bus lines, and close to Union Station. Ample street parking. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Safeway.

A little about me: I am 27, and Atlanta, GA born and raised. I’ve lived in Washington for four years and work as a legislative assistant for a lobbying firm. I work from the office five days a week. For the last two years, I have opened my home to interns and young women new to DC, with the aim of providing an alternative to typical intern housing. Outside of work, I’m heavily involved in King’s Church and a big reader, golfer, and artist. I love to cook, thrift, be outside, and spend time with friends. I’m an early riser and enjoy slow, quiet mornings.
