
One bedroom in a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in Pentagon City, Arlington, VA for a female roommate is available. Us current residents are two young professional Christian conservative women. Cleanliness and tidiness are a must. We also enjoy hosting and are pet-friendly.

The unit includes a washer/dryer, snow removal, a balcony and outdoor space, a real fireplace, and lots of storage space. The bedroom includes a large window and closet.

LOCATION! The condo is right off 395 and Route 1, and is within walking distance (5-10 mins) of both the Pentagon City and Crystal City metro stations, the Pentagon City mall, and several area parks. There is also a lot of street parking for residents and guests.

Move in date is ASAP. The lease renews in November, but is month to month. One of the roommates is moving out at the end of this year, so there is opportunity to move into a smaller/cheaper room and to bring in a friend if you have someone looking for a living space later this year. Parking and water are included in the rent. Electricity and WiFi are charged separately.
