My housemate and I are looking for 2-3 more housemates for our 4 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C., starting August 1st.

We are both Christian men in our 20s looking for Christian male housemates. There are 2 available rooms (one may be shared based on a first come first served basis) to rent ranging from $840 - $1,125 plus utilities. The final monthly cost depends on the final number of housemates and access to the garage. The house would be unfurnished at the time of moving in. 

The house is in North East D.C. in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. We are a 20 minute walk (6 minute bike) to Union Station and 2 blocks away from multiple Bikeshare racks. We are a 25-30 minute walk from the Capitol and other surrounding government buildings. We are also a 10 minute walk to the local park and are located in a safe and charming area.

Amenities would include in-unit laundry, A/C, and backyard.

We are looking to fill these spots by August 1st or early August with a 6 month lease.
