I have a fantastic lease just outside of Union Station. My roommate and landlord will have the final say on any sub-leasers since my roommate is staying. We are both looking for a Christian male who is kind, neat, and organized. 

The lease is available now, pending approval from my roommate and landlord. I would ask that you sign to cover my lease until June 2027. (nearly one year)

Details:
Price: $1,700 
Layout: Two-floor apartment off of 4th Str. NE. Bedrooms downstairs and kitchen/living space upstairs. The specific address can be provided upon expressed interest.
Parking: I have a parking space behind the building that is included in the cost of rent. Street parking is also available.  
Baths: 2.5 baths (includes guest bathroom) 
Bedroom: I have a walk-in closet and my own full bath. 
Furnishing: Option to purchase my bed and large furniture for relatively cheap if wanted. The upstairs living space is already furnished by my roommate. 
Utilities: Wifi and electricity are split with my roommate. Water is included in the lease. No gas utility bill required.
