Rent: $1,155/month + utilities
Lease: Month-to-month, with a security deposit equal to one month's rent upon approval.
The apartment is shared with two wonderful Christian women who work in the DC area. You'll have your own private bedroom and share a bathroom with one roommate. We're hoping to find someone who would be a great fit for a peaceful, clean, and respectful Christian home.
The apartment is just a 7-minute walk from the Columbia Heights Metro (Green and Yellow Lines), making it easy to commute throughout DC.
