Looking for a Christian lady to fill my room in an Alexandria townhouse in a great location! Rent is $767.50 per month plus utilities. You’d be sharing the house with three other Christian ladies. Rental terms are month-to-month. Security deposit equal to one month’s rent is due on approval.
The room is on the bottom level of the house and is about 11’ 5” by 12’ 3”. It has two small windows, and a good-sized closet. I fit a full-sized bed, a small desk, a dresser, mini fridge, and even a treadmill in the room comfortably. You would share the downstairs bathroom with one other lady (the shower was just redone!).
The house is located on the edge of Alexandria near Arlington (Shirlington and Fairlington) and is within walking distance to a coffee shop, a 7-Eleven, a CVS, and some restaurants. It is just a few miles away from DC. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood.
The bottom level of the house consists of two bedrooms, a shared bath, and the laundry room. The main level includes the living room, a half bath, and kitchen, with doors leading out to the deck. The two other bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs on the top level. The house has a driveway which we take turns in (rotating each week), and there is street parking available (no permit needed).
Three of us are in the process of moving out, so the two upstairs rooms will be available as well.
